Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations, Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom Free standard delivery on orders over £75. Orders under £75: shipping cost calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail.

European Union  Shipping cost calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL.

International (USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and more) Shipping cost calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Allure Collections is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Exclusions We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations we are unable to service. If your order is affected, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@allure-collections.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
